We are looking for a talented Customer Success – Account Consultant to play a key role in ensuring customer success through the implementation, monitoring and support of a digital platform of Operational Excellence methodologies. You will be part of a passionate team of 60+ professionals and you will report to the Account Director.
Responsibilities:
* Lead implementations on client sites ensuring the best use of the system for digital application of the operational excellence methodology
* Develop strong relationships with clients, promoting retention and improving the use of the platform
* Map possible gaps to increase client satisfaction
* Build and manage plan to improve key indicators (SLA, NPS, ...)
* Identify and capitalize on business opportunities
* Promote Up / Cross sales with existing clients
* Monitor the Invoice process, including renewals
Requirements:
* 3 years of project management experience with cases of success
* Experience in sales process
* Experience on dealing/facing with clients/users at all levels
* Knowledge in Operational Excellence Methodologies – TPM, WCM, Six Sigma,…
* Ability to work with teams of diverse cultures
* Be able to work with MS Office
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience
* Fluent in English with German as a plus
* Detail-oriented and high level of autonomy/initiative
* Proactive mindset
* Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines
* Excellent writing, communication, presentation and management skills
* Knowledge in tools such as Hubspot/CRM
* Willingness to travel
* Manufaturing experience using Operational Excellence metodologies as a plus
