Role: Warranty Administrator

Hours: 35.5 hours per week | Monday Friday
Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main contact for customer queries and communication with the service centre.
* Manage vehicle bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate entry and exit logs are maintained.
* Provide consistent updates to customers regarding job progress and status changes.
* Work closely with the Aftermarket Coordinator to help organise workshop schedules and workloads.
* Track and update job-related order numbers, following up on quotations where required.
* Oversee job costing and ensure all work is closed out correctly in accordance with internal procedures.
* Submit and process warranty claims in line with both internal and external (supplier) policies.
* Collect and verify required information from other departments to support warranty submissions.
* Keep detailed and up-to-date warranty claim records and assist with recovering related supplier costs.
