About the role
In this position, you will provide a first-line fix to company and third-party products installed on site, helping to ensure that automated systems operate effectively and efficiently.
Key duties include reactive and preventative maintenance activities on automation equipment and third-party systems installed on site. You will support the automation to operate at maximum efficiency, ensuring customer orders are not missed and site performance remains consistent.
The role also involves completing all necessary reports, including shift reports, maintenance tasks, spare parts usage and toploss information while working with DART and CMMS software platforms.
You will actively seek the root cause when remedying breakdowns affecting equipment or software, helping support continuous improvement activities that underpin overall site performance. Maintaining and upholding all health and safety standards at all times will also be a core part of the role.

About you
