Role
Specification:
* You will provide efficient, courteous and professional service
at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required.
* You will assist in the delivery of all aspects of the food and
beverage department, in particular with the service of cocktails and drinks to
our guests, in all areas of the hotel & spa.
* You
will be able to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
* Coordinate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all
beverages.You will handle any complaints from guests, responding
accordingly or escalating as required to ensure that the complaints procedure
is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
* Maintains compliant with applicable health & safety, dress
code, and other serving standards.
Personal
Specification:
Essentials
* Previous
experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge
of cocktails, and other beverages.
* Good
understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
* Able to
work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
Desirables
* Experience with large volume covers.
* Food Safety Training.
Shift
Pattern:
* 3 days a week
* Zero-hour contract
* Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when
necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
