Role: Retail Pricing Analyst
Reports to: Brand Manager
Location: Weybridge
To manage and maintain multiple pricing database and review the prices to achieve margins, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Supporting all retail sites Point of Sales/Back Office Sales system and liaise with the providers to resolve issues at the site level.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Import daily price files from whole sale partners
2. Maintain and regularly update all pricing database.
3. Liaise with suppliers to review profit margins and mark-ups and ensure margin goals are attained.
4. Work across all main price files (Spar, Morrisons and Londis) and additional third-party files, keeping them updated under correct product group.
5. Be responsible for maintaining consistency and accuracy of pricing data
6. Analyse and implement promotions to the appropriate group of products and collate all the information ready for loading.
7. Support the sites in the use of retail sales system and deal with site system issues and queries
8. Liaise with Point of Sales providers and resolve on-going issues at the site level.
9. Ad hoc assistance with reports and admin as required
Qualifications & Experience
10. Experience in working with a database preferable
11. Experience supporting Point of Sales/Back Office Sales system, maintaining the data and reporting.
12. Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of information.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
