JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 7:10 yrs PQE
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: GBP 60:75k DOE
THE ROLE:
- You will play a key role, advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors
- Handling a diverse caseload including high:value commercial lettings, lease negotiations, renewals, and variations, ongoing asset management work for commercial property portfolios, sales and acquisitions, property finance and refinancing.
- Managing a busy and varied caseload
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring of junior team members
- Contributing to BD and networking initiatives
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 7:10 years' PQE
- In:depth experience of landlord and tenant work, sales, purchases, and refinance transactions
- Exposure to land acquisition and development matters is desirable but not essential
- Commercially astute with a solutions:focused approach
- Strong communication and client management skills
