As a Rehousing Manager, you will:
* Ensure all customers have the best experience when displaced from their homes
* Source solutions quickly with compassion and empathy
* Work in partnership with internal and external teams to keep customers informed
* Manage complex caseloads including temporary and permanent rehousing and housing options advice
* Ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey
Some of your attributes:
* Excellent communication and time management skills, ability to manage complex workload
* Confidence, negotiation, influencing, and organizational skills
* Engagement with diverse customer base
* Track record of providing excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure
* Self-motivated, ownership of targets, results-oriented
