Our client, a respected women's support organisation, is seeking an exceptional practitioner to join their innovative housing support program. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable women while working within a collaborative, values-driven team.
The Role:
* Provide intensive, gender and trauma-informed support to women in accommodation
* Case management approach with flexible support hours (2-8 hours per client per week)
* Coordinate multi-agency partnerships using "Team Around Me" methodology
* Deliver harm-reduction interventions and empowerment-focused support
* Champion women's rights to safe, stable housing
* Build evidence base and contribute to strategic development
What My Client is Looking For:
* Experience supporting vulnerable women experiencing multiple disadvantage
* Deep understanding of trauma-informed and gender-informed approaches
* Case management and advocacy experience
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices, particularly around exploitation
* Strong partnership working and multi-agency coordination skills
* Flexible, outreach-based working style
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
About You:
* Resilient, empathetic professional with non-judgemental approach
* Understanding of intersectional disadvantage and systemic barriers
* Commitment to women-centred, empowerment-based practice
* Administrative capabilities including data collection and report writing
* Full clean UK driving licence
