We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee the daily coordination and execution of team activities, ensuring efficient operations while upholding food safety, quality, and operational standards to safeguard profitability.

What You’ll Need
* Interest in food and experience working in a high‑volume food operation.
* Working knowledge of food production and food safety regulations.
* Capacity to guide, motivate, and engage with the team.
* Structured approach, capable of establishing routines for large teams.
* Ability to adapt to changing tasks, thriving in a versatile environment focused on speed and simplicity.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Coordinate the daily operation of the team, allocating and executing work activities and tasks.
* Apply appropriate processes and actions daily to secure food safety, compliance, food quality, and operational standards.
* Ensure every customer receives a consistent, high‑quality food experience by supporting the team in meeting expectations for availability, quality perception, presentation, hospitality, and service, and responding to customer needs.
* Identify and collaborate with the Food team to implement sales‑support tools, optimizing commercial performance and securing consistent quality in operations through skill development.
* Apply corrective actions based on customer and co‑worker feedback, highlighting improvement points for commercial activities and daily operations in alignment with IKEA global and national strategies (affordability, accessibility, people & planet).
