As a Live in Care Assistant with Caremark Pulborough and Horsham, you deliver high‑quality live‑in home care that helps people remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. You promote dignity, emotional well‑being, and an improved quality of life through personalised, one‑to‑one support.
Providing personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living help, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. You will also manage medication prompts, monitor health changes, and support with medical or social appointments.
