Main duties of the job
As a Spinal Injury Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping one of the clients in Devizes with their day-to-day activities, building their independence, and offering companionship. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines and personal tasks, encouraging independence and skill-building, offering emotional support and friendly companionship, and keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team.

Qualifications
* You will need experience in supporting individuals with spinal injuries, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship, compassion, patience, and a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
