Head of Product Head of Product Your team The Discovery Tribe is part of the overall Sports Supertribe and is responsible for creating, intuitive, engaging and intelligent sportsbook experiences for our customers. Reporting to the Director of Product - Discovery and Bet lifecycle you will work closely with peers in product, commercial, brand and tech to help define and deliver the product strategy, while also ensuring the team of Product Managers and Product Owners deliver superior, delightful, and engaging user experiences across all our product verticals. What you’ll do Be at the forefront of forging collaborative relationships with distributed product and tech teams that work across multiple brands Drive a culture of continuous improvement in everything we do Ability to balance a need for innovation and the focus needed to deliver short term commercial results Over communicate on all decisions which may impact the team Recruit only top talent into the team Infuse hypothesis-driven and experimental ways of working to all strategic and tactical activities Build feedback loops into every level of product development to improve the flow of value Coaching and mentoring the team – guiding, supporting and line managing.
