As the Assistant Front of House Manager your mission is to ensure guests' expectations are not only met but exceeded throughout their stay. From extending a warm welcome to efficiently handling guest requests, you'll be a driving force behind the team consistently delivering unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
You will also support the Front of House Manager with a variety of tasks and training activities which will in turn develop your management skills and experience to ensure the smooth running of the department. This is a full-time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am-3:30pm, Lates from 14:30pm-23:00pm and middle shifts from 9am – 17.30pm – to include weekends on a rota basis.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You will have hospitality experience and a track record of delivering outstanding guest service in a similar role
- You have effective communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and establish a genuine rapport with guests
