We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive who will take full ownership of Brymec’s digital content across all platforms.
From planning and creating engaging social media content to managing product and web content and optimisation, this role is key to ensuring a consistent and compelling online brand presence.
You’ll work closely with internal team members, marketing agencies, and the wider marketing team to produce strategic content that supports business goals. You’ll also be responsible for reporting and insights, helping shape the ongoing content strategy and demonstrating its impact.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in lead generation and maximising the use of specific digital lead channels within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Creation
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate content across all digital channels including social media, website, and web platforms.
* Create or manage the creation of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (written, visual, and video).
* Collaborate with designers, videographers, product teams, and external agencies to ensure delivery of effective content.
Content Management
* Own the maintenance and optimisation of website content (product pages, landing pages, blog posts, etc.).
* Ensure product content (descriptions, images, specifications) is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.
* Manage the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, launches, and key business milestones.
* Develop and refine the digital content strategy in line with company objectives and marketing goals.
* Monitor performance metrics across all platforms, reporting on engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion.
* Provide actionable insights to improve content performance and audience engagement.
* Stay informed on digital trends, best practices, and competitor activity
* Compile regular company digital marketing reports for consistent planning & discussion with the Marketing Manager
Skills:
- Creative in ideas and concepts and ability to take them from idea through to implementation
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on content management and coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and lead generation techniques.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is part of an expanding team, and there is plenty of scope for marketing training, ability to network and attend marketing events, and develop career and roles to a higher level.
Location
This is a full-time role based between our Head Office in Coulsdon (CR5 2HT), and our Gatwick Distribution Centre (RH1 5HW).
