Overview
Sparks Bristol is looking for hands-on, practical volunteers to join our Repairium – a community-led initiative helping people fix and reuse items instead of throwing them away. By volunteering, you'll help reduce waste, share your skills, and make a positive environmental impact.
Our Repairium is open every Sunday, with two drop-in sessions:
* 2:30pm–4:30pm – Repair & Make Café (with more space for creativity)
The focus is on repair, but the afternoon session allows for more experimentation and making.
Responsibilities
Contribute to repair activities during the Sunday sessions and support the Repairium's workflow. The afternoon session allows for more experimentation and making.
Qualifications
* Have skills in electrical or electronic repairs (e.g. computers, phones, small appliances)
* Are passionate about sustainability, reuse, and sharing knowledge
* If you have other practical repair skills (sewing, carpentry, etc.), you’re also very welcome to get involved!
