We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage candidate delivery across the full IT spectrum. Working closely with experienced consultants, you will focus solely on candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement, leaving the sales to us. The Role End-to-end candidate management for IT contract vacancies Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates across the full IT stack (software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cyber, DevOps, ERP, digital, etc.) Managing contractor pipelines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Conducting detailed candidate interviews, technical discussions and availability checks Supporting offer management, onboarding and compliance for UK contract placements Building and maintaining strong relationships with IT contractors in the UK market About You Previous experience in IT recruitment or IT resourcing Experience in contract recruitment within the UK market Strong understanding of IT terminology, technologies and job titles, enabling meaningful conversations with candidates Ability to work at pace and manage multiple live roles simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, resilient and delivery-focused mindset Whilst prior recruitment experience is preferred, if you have experience in IT sales and are looking to move into a recruitment role, we will provide all the training needed.
