With ongoing plans for expansion the firm is seeking to recruit a high calibre commercial litigation lawyer for its dispute resolution team, advising on a broad range of contentious matters for commercial clients. Ideally targeted at the circa 2-5yr PQE mark (or equivalent) the firm is keen to speak with candidates who may have handled specialist litigation areas or across a number of fields, including: - commercial litigation, such as shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract, etc - property litigation including contentious landlord and tenant, lease disputes, dilapidations, etc - construction litigation, such as defective design, contractor and sub-contractor disputes, professional negligence You will be joining a highly regarded firm which offers access to excellent clients and work, and which is also able to provide a healthy work/life balance and genuine hybrid working opportunities.
