What We’re Looking For
1. A UK‑qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
2. At least 2 years’ experience teaching in UK secondary schools
3. A passion for performance, creativity, and student development
4. Strong classroom presence and the ability to engage learners of all abilities
5. A team player who thrives in a supportive, forward‑thinking department
ECTs are absolutely wee — the school and Hays Education will provide full support to help you shine in your early career
The Role
6. Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons across KS3–KS4
7. Contribute to school productions, enrichment clubs, and the wider artsmunity
8. Work closely with the department to ensure continuity during the maternity cover
