Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher looking for a flexible role that allows you to make a difference in a variety of classroom environments? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to join our team in Flintshire, delivering high-quality teaching and support to schools across the region.
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various primary school settings, teaching a range of subjects to children aged 4-11. This is an excellent opportunity for educators looking for flexibility in their work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the schools curriculum.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
Provide support and encouragement to students of varying abilities.
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Build rapport with students and staff, adapting quickly to different school environments.
Assess students progress and provide feedback to school leaders.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching within a Primary School setting (preferably in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2).
A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best learning experience for students.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with students of various abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently.
