Are you looking to work with one of Bristol's fastest growing companies to lead and manage insurance claims projects that optimizes the claims processes?
As the successful project manager, you will ensure timely and high-quality delivery while upholding health and safety standards and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will also enhance the customer's satisfaction by keeping the customers informed through the key decisions throughout the claim's life cycle.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage insurance claims projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time line, budget and quality standards.
Perform site visits, undertake claim surveys and produce schedules of work.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, health and safety compliance, and budget oversight, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Manage contractors, ensuring quality timely delivery and adherence to contractual and safety requirements.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the claims life cycle through transparency, timely communication and resolution of issues.
Proactively chase outstanding claims activities and stakeholder's to ensure timely claims progression and resolution.
Ensure all claims data and updates are accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system for transparency and reporting.
