Key Responsibilities Deliver a consistent and professional customer experience across calls and emails. Accurately capture customer requirements and process orders, quotes, invoices, and queries. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, offering a personal and proactive service. Navigate systems efficiently to keep customers informed and ensure smooth order processing. Own customer accounts, understand their business needs, and provide tailored support. Investigate and resolve issues and complaints, escalating when necessary. Support team members by sharing knowledge, best practices, and workload. Maintain accurate records, complete reporting, and uphold housekeeping standards. Understand production and delivery capabilities to negotiate realistic delivery times. Apply market, product, and customer knowledge to support CSC operations.
