Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager at our vibrant Entertainment Center in Prescott Valley, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing service standards, supporting team growth, and driving performance goals.

Job Qualifications

To excel as the Assistant Manager in Prescott Valley, AZ, you should have:

* A high school diploma (or equivalent); a college or technical degree is preferred.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries.
* Proven success in a supervisory or leadership capacity within large, multi-departmental organizations.

Job Description

As the Assistant Manager in Prescott Valley, AZ, you will be responsible for:

Leadership & Team Development

* Assisting the General Manager with staff performance evaluations and training.
* Providing regular, constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
* Leading daily operations and collaborating with department supervisors to ensure optimal team performance and guest satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency

* Managing revenue goals and expense controls to meet financial objectives.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring all guest concerns are resolved swiftly and effectively.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility and collaborating on equipment inspections and maintenance.

Inventory & Merchandise

* Monitoring and managing inventory accuracy with periodic stock counts.
* Supporting procurement and sales through trend analysis and restocking initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

* Ensuring compliance with all laws, including OSHA, ADA, and other regulations.
* Safeguarding company assets, including sensitive information and equipment.
