Your responsibilities include:
* Turn qualified inbound leads from Hubspot into signed clients
* Use our custom-built AI tool to hunt high-potential targets
* Leverage our data tool of mobile numbers for direct outreach
* Win early careers employers running entry-level and apprenticeship schemes
* Build our outbound motion with the CEO (ex-QA Ltd Sales Leader)
* Grow into Sales Manager, hire and lead a team of SDRs
Minimum requirements:
* 1–2 years in your B2B sales career
* Proven experience in SDR or business development roles
* Ambitious and coachable — hungry to scale
* Comfortable in SaaS, recruitment, or HR tech (ideal but not essential)
* Obsessed with speed, tech tools, and making it happen
The Stack You’ll Use:
* Hubspot – for managing leads and automation
* Mobile number enrichment tool – for direct access to decision makers
* Our custom built AI – to target employers with the biggest need
