Customer Success Manager

Base pay range
* Competitive basic salary of £28,000

Responsibilities
* Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
* Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
* Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
* Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine how the company can help them and cross‑sell services
* Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company's competitors and your customers
Requirements
* Ideally educated to degree level, but this is not essential
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Self‑motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
