Are you a hands-on, data-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager ready to take full ownership of a premium D2C brand's digital sales and P&L? We're not looking for a traditional marketing manager; we're seeking a Digital Sales expert to be the engine of online growth. You'll take full ownership, replacing external agencies and controlling the entire e-commerce journey from start to finish.
My client is an agile and ambitious consumer brand that's currently on a massive upward trajectory. They've recently secured their first major UK grocery listing and have active discussions underway with multiple other key retailers, alongside their growing D2C and international sales. They move fast, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
This is a high-impact, results-focused role where you will:
* Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to grow digital sales and maximize ROI.
* Take hands-on daily sales and operational management of our core platforms: Shopify and Amazon.
* Control and optimize all paid advertising—running effective Meta, Google, and Amazon middle/bottom-of-the-funnel campaigns.
* Be responsible for achieving online sales KPIs, including net sales, ATV, conversion rates, customer retention, GP, and P&L analysis.
* Use data analysis and insights to monitor key site metrics, optimise the customer journey, and lead A/B testing for improvement.
* Ideate and build automated email flows, manage loyalty programs, and drive customer retention.
* Manage SEO strategy and implementation, and use your technical skills (ideally basic HTML/JavaScript ) to troubleshoot and improve the Shopify template.
What You'll Bring:
* 4+ years of demonstrable success using the Shopify platform and its apps.
* Proven e-commerce sales development experience with B2C (D2C) propositions.
* Hands-on experience with Paid search (Google) and paid social (Meta).
* Experience managing and implementing SEO.
* Excellent written skills (native-level English) and strong copywriting ability to maintain brand tone of voice.
* Bonus:
2-4 years of experience managing sales through Amazon.

2nd interview: F2F meet with wider SLT team
Salary: £65,000.00 with excellent benefits including Private Health Insurance.
