We are looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator for a 12 month contract (Onsite 3 days per week - 21.5 hours) based in Derby on behalf of Rolls-Royce who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planets vital power needs. As a Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be assisting the Project Management team and Project Leads to build processes and provide strong structure within the OS&D framework to achieve and communicate the required engine TRTs. Role responsibilities of a Logistics Co-Ordinator: Lead daily review meetings with the operations team looking through the business requirements for output and align the schedules off the back of that. Work closely with multiple teams and support the management team. Performing data analysis and presenting findings directly to management team. Be familiar in raising parts orders and chase with parts team. Work with the shop floor teams to resolve any discrepancies with work list. Ideally have experience in the component refurbishment element of engine repair. Key skills/experience required: Good knowledge of SAP and able to run multiple functions in SAP. Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS). Previous logistics experience within aerospace sector. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience in raising parts orders.
