We’re supporting a forward thinking organisation that centred support to adults facing mental health challenges in the community. They're now hiring a Wellbeing Services Manager to lead a frontline team and shape a responsive, compassionate support service for service users.
As the Wellbeing Services Manager, you will:
* Lead a team of Coordinators delivering wellbeing activities and interventions
* Develop and oversee community based therapeutic and engagement programmes
* Liaise with funders, partners, and referral sources to grow the service and secure new referrals
* Oversee triage, referrals, and caseload allocation across the team
* Ensure services are delivered in a trauma-informed, safe, and inclusive way
* Monitor contract performance, manage internal reporting, and attend stakeholder meetings
* Identify training needs and deliver workshops to support staff development
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience working in community services or mental health support
* Strong people management skills and experience supervising teams
* Ability to lead safeguarding responses and manage performance
* Confident working with stakeholders including local authorities and health professionals
* Excellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills
* A calm, empathetic approach and commitment to trauma-informed practice
