What will you be doing?
* Deliver customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
* Spend 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of a larger team, depending on the engagement.
* Contribute to practice development by leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
* Coach and develop team members and act as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
* Utilize your detailed understanding of capabilities across Strategy, Insight, and Technology deployment to deliver solutions.
* Build client relationships, manage teams, and focus on personal and team development.
What will you need?
* A proven track record of successful delivery within complex programs focusing on customer/citizen outcomes.
* Experience using structured consulting methodologies to deliver client outputs.
* Experience supporting the implementation of customer experience technology solutions (CRM, Website, Portals, Apps, Contact Centres) as a business analyst, service designer, or change manager.
* Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs, leading workstreams or key initiatives.
* Experience with customer and digital maturity assessments, customer research, and translating findings into strategies and technical plans.
* Understanding of digital, data, and technology roles in enhancing customer experiences for case management and front-office interactions.
* Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Central or Local Government, or Healthcare.
