Front of House & Accommodation Manager – Boutique Rural Inn We’re recruiting a Front of House & Accommodation Manager to lead service and guest experience across our food-led gastro Inn and five guest bedrooms. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, welcoming guests, running service smoothly and taking responsibility for both front of house and accommodation standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and owners to ensure a consistently high standard across food, drink and rooms, helping to protect and grow the Inn’s reputation as a destination pub with rooms. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and working closely with a kitchen team to deliver warm, consistent hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead and train the FOH team Oversee guest rooms, standards and housekeeping coordination Manage service flow, bookings and guest communication Uphold warm, professional hospitality standards About You Proven FOH or hospitality management experience Experience as Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) and day-to-day licensing compliance Confident leader with strong people skills Organised, calm and guest-focused Experience with rooms/accommodation a strong advantage
