About the Construction Teacher role:
anzuk Education is proud to partner with an alternative provision in their search for a skilled and dedicated Construction Teacher to deliver the City & Guilds Level 1 qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in developing practical skills and confidence in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Mandatory Requirements for Construction Teacher:
* Qualified Construction Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
* A valid right to work in the UK
* Experience delivering City & Guilds or similar vocational qualifications
* A commitment to inclusive, student-centered education
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and practical Construction lessons aligned with the City & Guilds Level 1 curriculum
* Support students in developing core construction skills and workplace readiness
* Create a safe, inclusive, and hands-on learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with staff to support students’ personal and academic development
