What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out detailed inspections of returned products at third-party premises, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
* Delivering outstanding customer support with a focus on first-time resolution.
* Building strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.
* Managing customer interactions end-to-end, from authorising product collections to coordinating repairs under guarantee.
* Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Supporting departmental projects from concept through to delivery.
* Travelling across the UK as required to conduct inspections and support customers.
* Continuously developing product knowledge to support personal and team growth.
