As their Customer Service Administrator, you won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the friendly voice and driving force behind smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails—you're the go-to person for all customer needs.
2. Help customers with their order queries and guide them through the process.
3. Process orders and returns quickly and accurately.
4. Handle complaints professionally and with a can-do attitude.
5. Maintain fast, friendly, and effective communication, always aiming for exceptional service.
6. Spot opportunities to upsell additional products—your input could boost business!
What we’re looking for:

8. A confident communicator who can build rapport and solve problems with ease.
9. Solid experience in customer service or admin is essential.
