MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Barnes Construction’s long-established Management Trainee programme is fully funded by the business and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop all round knowledge, skills and abilities to become one of our future managers.
The Management Trainee attends university on a day release basis to complete a BSc Hons in Construction Management and will gain experience in a variety of departments in the company such as Bid Management, Design Management, Estimating, Planning, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Site Management.
You need to have good GCSE passes (minimum 7, grade 4 or above) and have or expect to obtain A level passes or equivalent vocational qualification.
