Managing Director - B2C Subscription Product
About the Company
We are a fast-growing, B2B and B2C digital sports data/analytics business generating revenues from North America, specializing in the analysis of events in the largest US sports (NFL, NBA, MBL, College Football and soccer) and featuring our own in-house social media marketing, customer acquisition, and audience engagement platform. Our work connects millions of users with leading global brands through innovative marketing and technology.
In 2024, we successfully launched a B2C subscription service that has scaled rapidly and is experiencing strong revenue and profit growth (presently c. $5m ARR, growing c. 40% MoM, >40% net profit margin). We are now seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead and scale our B2C subscription business to become the number one brand in North America.
Your Mission
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of our B2C subscription business, owning the vision, strategy, execution, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, set the strategic direction, and ensure execution such that our subscription service delivers maximum value to customers while achieving top market positioning and enviable financial performance.
You will:
* Define and drive the overall business and product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
* Lead the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, from concept and development to growth, retention, and profitability.
* Own P&L performance and make strategic decisions that optimize revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
* Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure execution excellence
* Leverage data, research, and market insights to make informed, high-impact business decisions.
* Translate complex business challenges into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
* Build and develop high-performing teams across product, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
* Establish processes, KPIs, and frameworks to drive growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Play a key role in shaping the company’s overall strategy, technology roadmap, and market expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You bring:
* Proven experience leading a subscription or digital business with full P&L accountability, ideally within the digital sports betting or other gaming industry.
* Experience in scaling subscription-based products or services, with strong knowledge of user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies, ideally in the United States market.
* Exceptional leadership, organizational, and execution skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
* Ability to prioritize, make high-stakes decisions, and guide teams through ambiguity and complex projects.
* Experience launching and managing multi-platform, large-scale products or services.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A customer- and data-focused mindset with a passion for driving growth and impact.
