We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of learners, ensuring all students can access the curriculum and make meaningful progress both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Support students with a range of SEND needs including ASC, SEMH and learning difficulties
* Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SENCOs to support student development
* Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively
* Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
* Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with SEND students (school, PRU or specialist setting)
* Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated teaching strategies
* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
* Patient, resilient and committed to inclusive education
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
