We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Poppies Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate will be responsible in ensuring smooth service, maintain high standards and a foster a positive working environment. You'll be responsible for managing staff, monitoring performance and driving both sales and customer satisfaction.

We're now looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our venue and help us continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
* Oversee daily operations, including front and back of house
* Manage budgets, costs, and inventory to maximize profitability
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Drive sales through promotions, events, and local marketing
* Handle recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews
* Maintain high standards of food, drink, and customer service

* Previous management experience in hospitality (bar, restaurant, or similar)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
