At Orbit, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. The Neighbourhood Manager will lead the local effort across Coventry, ensuring residents receive support and solutions for anti‑social behaviour, estate services and tenancy matters.
Key Duties
* Represent Orbit in local communities, coordinating internal and external services to meet diverse customer needs.
* Maintain relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, acting as the main contact for ASB complaints, estate services and tenancy management.
* Provide a high‑quality, end‑to‑end customer experience focusing on safety, wellbeing, satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
* Be present in the community at least three days per week, and available for occasional evening or weekend work.
* Deliver on the role’s hybrid model, blending field, home and office work.
Essential Skills
* Strong background in customer‑centred operations with a demonstrable track record of case or portfolio management.
* Commitment to safeguarding and a proactive approach to supporting vulnerable individuals.
* Excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills, capable of handling complex situations with empathy and confidence.
* Full UK driving licence, permanent access to a suitable vehicle, and flexible approach to travel and working hours, including an out‑of‑hours rota.
* Self‑motivated, independent, yet able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
* Diploma in Housing / Foundation degree from CIB / Level 3 in Housing Management or equivalent, or a commitment to work towards these within 12 months of completing a probationary period.
