This is a UK-based role, but flexibility is required to support APAC and USA time zones.

Talent Solutions are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its RPO Division, sourcing Tech talent in the US or APAC regions focusing specifically on SaaS markets.

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Managing the full recruitment life cycle: from requisition brief to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
* Conduct market research and utilise data analytics to inform innovative recruitment strategies for operating in the US market.
* Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, business challenges, and future priorities.
* Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers-providing expertise on current market trends, salary benchmarking, and optimising recruitment processes for the best results.
* Navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-change working environment, delivering results under tight deadlines.
Who We Are Looking For
* Experience in hiring across international markets, including USA or APAC.
* Experience in recruiting for roles in Tech focused businesses, specifically within SaaS.
* Proven stakeholder management experience, ability to be influential, and comfortable partnering with senior leaders.
* An experienced recruiter with solid end-to-end recruitment experience.
