Purpose
The NetSuite Administrator will be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of Causeway's NetSuite OneWorld ERP. They will take responsibility for ensuring system stability, accuracy, and compliance, while driving automation and process efficiency across Finance and Procurement. This role will also support ongoing integrations (e.g., Tipalti and other third-party systems), customisations, and continuous improvements to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
* Manage and administer the NetSuite OneWorld platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and saved searches.
* Maintain and extend custom fields, forms, scripts, and workflows to support evolving business requirements.
* Oversee integrations with connected systems (e.g., Tipalti, Expensify, billing platforms, PSA).
* Ensure system security, data integrity, and adherence to compliance standards.
* Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
Process Improvement & Automation
* Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
* Support automation of vendor onboarding, billing, revenue recognition, and approval workflows.
* Partner with Finance to design solutions that ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting and reporting.
Major Projects & Transformation
* Actively contribute to major system and transformation projects, including:
* Implementation of a new billing platform.
* Rollout of Salesforce CPQ and integration with NetSuite.
* Middleware development and enhancements to support scalable integrations.
* PSA (Professional Services Automation) initiatives to streamline project accounting and resource management.
* Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure project delivery aligns with business goals.
Support & Training
* Provide ongoing support to Finance users, resolving queries and troubleshooting issues.
* Develop training materials and deliver user training to improve adoption and knowledge of NetSuite functionality.
* Document business processes, system changes, and standard operating procedures.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
* Act as a point of contact with NetSuite partners and external vendors.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives.
Essential
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and a high level of finance acumen.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator (OneWorld preferred).
* Broad hands-on experience across multiple NetSuite modules (e.g., Fixed Assets Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Projects, etc.).
* Proven experience working in a project environment, with the ability to balance BAU support and transformation initiatives.
* Experience with system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware).
* Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, workflows, and reporting.
Desirable
* NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer).
* Prior experience with vendor payment platforms (e.g., Tipalti) or expense management tools.
