About Us
Model Railway Magic Ltd is the company behind TrainTrax.co.uk and The Model Tree Shop. We specialise in model railways and scenic materials, supplying customers across the UK and beyond. Were a small, growing business with a reputation for excellent customer service, efficient operations, and ethical values (were members of the Good Business Charter).
Our next stage of growth involves bringing more of our work under one roof, increasing resilience and freeing up our founder to develop new projects which is where you come in.

The Role
Were looking for a Business Support & Marketing Assistant to provide flexible, day-to-day help across the warehouse, office and online.
Roughly two-thirds of your time will focus on operational support picking and packing orders, handling customer queries, and restocking deliveries. The remaining third will be focused on marketing and content creation, particularly short-form video for social media, newsletters and our websites.
Youll be part of a small, friendly team where everyone pitches in and no two days look the same.

Our Approach to Inclusion and Flexibility
Were committed to building a welcoming and supportive workplace. Applications are encouraged from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you have particular skills, needs or circumstances, were happy to adjust the role, working pattern or workspace to help you succeed. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
