We currently recruiting for a Customer Services Co-ordinator on a perm contract to support our distribution contract at our site in Worksop. Working Monday to Friday
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000per annum. In addition, we offer25 days holidays (plus bank holidays.

What youll do on a typical day:
* Proactively seek to prevent issues and when issues do arise, find out-the-box solutions to keep our service levels running to the highest possible level
* Analyse reoccurring issues and determine root cause & solution
* Handle shortage issue claims from our internal customer perspective
* Deal with Claims Issues from Customers internal and external
