Product & Data Manager
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

Job purpose:
The Product & Data Manager will play a key role in developing Moores product offer, managing product portfolio's, product lifecycles and product data in support of customer and market needs and the wider business strategy. They will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement both within the product range and its processes.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Identify market opportunities to support the business strategy
· Undertake competitor analysis including gap analysis, communicating key findings
· Support in the development of product roadmaps
· Undertake portfolio reviews to ensure the product portfolio is relevant and its business impact
· Manage portfolios to ensure clean launches and effective obsolescence planning
· Managing and delivering project plans to agreed timescales and budgets
· Hosting project meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure wider business engagement
· Creation and maintenance of product and manufacturing related data / BOMs on the AS400
· Ensuring the availability, consistent performance and data integrity of the databases that underpin core business systems
· Maintenance of the multi-level generator used to create finished product data based on data rules
· Clearing failed products on message handling or the part order system
· Proactive self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
· Able to build strong relationships and positively influence others
· Takes full ownership and accountability for responsibilities, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes
· Solution-focused with energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to achieve results
Previous Experience & Key Skills:
· Experience within a KBB or manufacturing environment
· Product management
· Project management
· Data management
· Driving continuous improvement
· Developing and articulating solutions

· Ability to persuade and influence colleagues
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
· Excellent attention to detail
