JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our team in Oldham to support with the delivery of complex repairs by delivering effective resource management. This is a full-time permanent contract. About the role We are a customer focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only have great customer service skills, but you will also be highly organised with excellent time management skills. Key essential requirements of the role: Experience of working in a customer-focused environment Experience of working within agreed performance targets Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Experience of working with databases Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Educated to NVQ II or equivalent GCSEs.
