Exciting opportunities await! We are continuously hiring to meet the diverse needs of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND).

At Targeted Provision, we are dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for children facing challenges such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as Moderate (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). Your Role as an SEN / SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring tailored to each learner's needs.


Your Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging sessions that meet the unique needs of each student.
* Provide holistic support to advance both educational and social-emotional development.
* Complete lesson reports and offer constructive feedback on student progress.


What We’re Looking For:

* Qualifications: Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, particularly with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
* Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding processes is essential.
* DBS Check: Enhanced DBS required (we can assist with this).
* References: Two professional references needed.
* Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

It’s crucial that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.


Employment Details:

* This role involves short-term engagements as a Worker, with work available as needed.
* You will be contracted for service and paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work or expense coverage is provided.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
