I'm working with an independent media agency in Leeds, and they're looking for a PPC Lead to own the paid search function, technically and strategically. You'll be the person the team turns to when things get complex, and the one setting the standard across everything from campaign builds to client strategy.
The Role:
* Being the technical authority on paid search, troubleshooting, guiding, and quality-checking across a team that works across domestic and international accounts.
* Setting and maintaining high standards across all campaign activity, including builds, optimisations, and client onboarding.
* Making sure clients always have a clear strategic direction with documented plans, testing frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
* Mentoring and developing the PPC team through regular coaching and knowledge sharing.
* Keeping the agency ahead of the curve by testing new tools, platforms, and automation approaches.
* Contributing to the wider paid media strategy and helping shape how the department evolves.
You:
* Proven experience in a senior PPC or performance marketing role, ideally agency side.
* Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a confident grasp of the broader paid search landscape.
* Analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to communicate complex thinking clearly to clients and colleagues alike.
* A genuine team leader who invests in people and gets real satisfaction from seeing others grow.
* Self motivated, commercially aware, and full of ideas you actually want to see through.
