This role designs and delivers the standard of leadership and management development interventions, processes, and systems to enable Southern Water to achieve its vision. It will influence, challenge, and drive the achievement of business strategy and plans by enabling people to feel connected, informed and motivated about their role, achieve success and facilitate high performance by delivering a wide range and scope of leadership and management development interventions.**Accountabilities*** Embeds the LD tactical initiatives, action plans and processes within the business, which support the business’s objectives and key results. Build effective, collaborative working relationships with key business stakeholders and People Partners to implement tactical interventions for leadership and management development.* Responsible for designing and delivering business-wide learning interventions for leadership development, including mentoring.* Provides coaching to managers and other employees to empower them to develop and improve their performance and/or behaviours.* Provides expert knowledge in application of psychometric testing and/or behavioural profiling for leaders and managers* Responsible for learning needs analysis across leadership development; providing measures of success, evaluation, and insights.**Skills & Competencies*** Problem solving: Provides solutions to key challenges* Analytical skills: The ability to evaluate the financial success of training schemes and be commercially focused* Influence: The ability to persuade middle management to support L&D initiatives* Communication: The ability to communicate effectively in both writing and speaking* Planning: The ability to plan and organize, including event coordination* Skilled in content design and facilitation* Is ready and able to take the initiative, originate action and be responsible for the consequences of the decisions made* Brilliant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders**Knowledge & Qualifications*** Knowledge of current thinking in HR issues and evidence of CPD* Have experience of designing, implementing, and managing learning & development activities.* Knowledge of leadership development* Experience with learning and development* Behavioural profiling or psychometric testing qualification* Coaching qualification and/or experience.If the above sounds like you and you would like to be considered for this role, please send your application over today!#LI-Hybrid #LI-HC1We reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications so if you are interested in the position please do send your application over today to ensure consideration.We value diversity and are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
