Our client is a leading Private School who is seeking a capable and organised HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team.In this role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for HR and Recruitment enquiries across the school.
Please note this is an onsite role, 40 hours per week.
Salary to £35K
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to-
Supporting the full employee lifecycle
Advertising vacancies and managing pre-employment checks
Onboarding, contract preparation
HR systems maintenance
First point of contact to the HR and Recruitment teams
Full HR Administration support
The ideal candidate for this role-
Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident with MS Office; iTrent experience an advantage
CIPD Level 3 desirable...
