We are looking for a Head of Compliance to join our team in Bognor Regis who will play a key leadership role and support a critical area of the business by overseeing all aspects of compliance, leading and developing compliance teams, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the organisation, particularly in the area of Health & Safety, while promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Health, Safety and Compliance across all company sites.
* Manage BSI audits and maintain BS 10125 certification standards.
* Conduct internal H&S audits and drive improvement actions.
* Monitor and investigate accidents and incidents, implementing preventative measures.
* Maintain risk assessments, policies and compliance documentation.
* Deliver Health & Safety training and guidance to site teams.
* Manage and support the HSC administration team.
* Work with site managers, senior leadership, insurers and auditors.
* Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across the business.
What we are looking for
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
* Understanding of BS 10125 / BSI Kitemark standards.
* Experience with risk assessments, audits and investigations.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Analytical and solution‑focused mindset.
* Confident using digital compliance and audit systems.
* Hands‑on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
