Product Manager - SaaS Platform | Bath (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Progression & Development Opportunities
Are you a hands-on Product Manager or a Business Analyst looking to step into a full product role? Want to join a fast-growing SaaS business with a mission-driven culture and ambitious plans for scale? This could be the perfect next move.
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a collaborative, cross-functional delivery team working on a high-impact rebuild of a platform used by institutions worldwide. With a strong foundation and exciting scale ahead, this is a key role at a pivotal time in the company’s product evolution.
About the Product & Team
While the broader business has a long-standing reputation, the SaaS arm is growing fast - with over 70% revenue growth in the past 12 months and 100+ customers onboarded this year alone.
You’ll be joining a team focused on overhauling the discoverability experience, as part of a long-running programme rebuilding core platform components. This isn’t a strategy-led role - it’s about execution: shaping specs, aligning with engineering, and delivering valuable features that genuinely meet user and business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own product execution within a delivery team: capture requirements, align scope, and work closely with developers and designers.
Support continuous delivery and discovery alongside the team’s ongoing development cycles.
Act as a key communication bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team - managing expectations and turning input into actionable plans.
Engage with internal teams and users to deeply understand content and publishing workflows.
Drive progress in a complex but rewarding space where every site can host millions of images and TBs of data.
What We’re Looking For Must-haves:
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with strong product delivery focus.
Clear understanding of product management frameworks and mindset.
Proven experience in specification capture, delivery pipelines, and working in Agile teams.
Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate, influence, and manage stakeholders with tact and clarity.
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with high-volume content platforms or data-heavy web applications.
Why Apply?
Join a supportive product team with mid-level PMs across the board – peer-to-peer support, mentoring, and career growth baked in.
Real progression: whether you’re stepping into product from a BA role or want to stretch your PM skills further, this company invests in development.
Opportunities to attend industry conferences, expand your skill set, and make a tangible impact on a platform used by hundreds of organisations worldwide.
Location & Working Pattern
The role is based in Bath, with flexible hybrid working. The team generally prefers candidates who can attend the office ideally twice a week (minimum once per month), but are open to discussing individual needs.
Interview Process
45-min initial interview – informal chat about your experience and the team.
Final stage (90 mins, in-person) – includes a short presentation based on general product competencies. You’ll meet with senior leaders and get a clear picture of the business and expectations.
If you’re excited by the idea of joining a purpose-driven business at a key point of scale - and you love working closely with engineers to deliver real, tangible impact - we’d love to hear from you.
