HR Data Analyst
Location: Manchester, three days on site
Salary: Circa £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus
Type: Permanent
This role sits within a technically strong HR Data team at a well regarded law firm and plays a central role in how people data informs decision making across the business, including at board level.
This is not a purely reporting position. You will be involved in high profile projects, automation initiatives, and stakeholder facing work where insight, context, and storytelling really matter.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for collecting and managing HR data from multiple sources, creating and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards, and delivering high visibility insight to senior stakeholders.
Upcoming projects include analysis around partner remuneration, gender pay gap reporting, and building a new suite of recruitment insights. You will also handle ad hoc data requests from across the business while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong data and reporting experience using Power BI and Excel, including Power Query and DAX
* Experience working with HR data and HR systems
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders and clearly explaining insight
* Strong communication skills with a focus on data storytelling
